Their nominator Robert Blaine says,
I was out cleaning up in my yard this week and filling bags with leaves. My neighbour Patricia came over and asked if she could help by taking my yard waste to the waste depot.
It was so kind of her to think of me, as I’m quite a bit older than her, and she recognized it might be a lot harder for me to do the task.
