Huron Perth Public Health is warning of possible measles exposure in the area.
The agency says the exposure occurred at the Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, March 24th, from 7:43 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
The exposure also includes the hospital’s waiting room.
This follows news in early March of lab-confirmed measles cases in the Huron and Perth health region.
Huron and Perth counties are now considered areas of concern for measles, HPPH says.
Health officials strongly recommend residents are up to date with measles vaccinations.
