Recreational facilities will be getting an upgrade in Wingham.
The province has announced $839,475 for rehabilitation of the Wescast Community Complex.
Funding was announced by Huron-Bruce Progressive Conservative MPP Lisa Thompson, as part of the Community, Culture and Recreation Infrastructure program.
The Municipality of Kincardine was also awarded over $1 million for upgrades for the Inverhuron Provincial Park trail.
The Community, Culture and Recreation Infrastructure stream supports projects that improve access to and/or quality of community, cultural, and recreation infrastructure projects.
