Three minors and an adult are in custody, after police seized a handgun during a traffic stop in Huron East.

OPP say an SUV was stopped along Highway 8 east of Seaforth Monday night, after running out of gas.

Reports say a scan of the licence plate determined the vehicle was stolen from London.

According to police, all four people involved in the stop were arrested, and a search of the vehicle turned up a concealed, loaded firearm.

A 14 year old, and two 15 year olds from London, along with a 31 year old man of no fixed address, are facing theft and weapons charges.
